Specification of stored data

We aim to make your stay as pleasant as possible and have you correctly informed of our services and rates. We require some of your personal data in order to do so.

Reservations

When you make a reservation with us, we process some of your personal data. Among this is your name, address and place of residence, as well as dates of arrival and departure, your travelling party and indicated preferences. This data is registered and stored in the booking software we use to provide our services to you.

Website forms

When you fill a form on our website, the data you provide are delivered to us via email. You will always receive a copy of your form entry to the email address you have provided for your own administrative purposes. A copy of the form entry will be securely stored online as back-up.

Newsletter subscription

We sent newsletters to inform potential guests about news, special offers, our services and related content. Your email address is added to the list of subscribers when you are or have been our guest, or with your explicit consent.

The list of subscribers may be shared with co-operative enterprises to which we are party. These enterprises may use your email address to send you a newsletter providing news, special offers and related content pertaining to that particular co-operative enterprise.

Every newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe from our newsletter service. Your email is then deleted directly from our list of subscribers.

Why do we store data?

Our processing of your personal data is in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG). We always have legal grounds for processing and storing of your personal data.

Agreement

When you book your stay with us, we require your personal data to provide our services and facilitate your stay. Should you choose not to provide us with your data, we cannot offer our services to you.

In order for us to comply with local laws and regulations, we must process your data. We are, for example, required to register some of your data in our night-register.

Justified interest

We continually aim to optimize and improve our services to you. We use the personal data you have provided us with for the purposes of analysis and improvement of our services.
